Falcon angler, Jeff Kriet, took the lead going into the final day of the BassMasters Classic.  He put together a strong final day, weighing 14-5.  But could not hold off Van Dam and took second.

Since switching to Falconrods in 2009, Jeff has had some impressive results.  He continues to credit Falcon Falcon as a major factor in his success.  As he told BassFan.com, "I've said it before, but I really think it was the rod change I made last year late in the season. Since then I haven't been losing fish and I'm real comfortable with my tools right now. Who would've thought that would be such a big deal, but it is."

Known as one of the best spinning fishermen on the tour, Jeff designed the CS-4-17 Cara Squirrel Tail spinning rod.
